Aerobatic Teams
Een special over militaire luchtvaart demoteams, U aangeboden door de Regio Noord-Holland en Nederlandse leden van de SIG Aerobatic teams van IPMS UK.
Op Euro Scale Modelling 2007 was er een uitgebreide tafel presentatie met vooral modellen op schaal 1/72 van talloze demoteams en toestellen in demo kleuren. Hier een impressie, al zijn niet alle modellen hier terug te vinden...
Op ESM 2011 was op uitnodiging van de IPMS Regio Noord Holland, de SIG Aerobatics teams van IPMS UK naar de ESM gekomen. Leden kwamen uit Engeland maar ook Duitsland en Nederlandse leden. Samen met een aantal Regio Noord-Holland leden werd een grote display neergezet. Tot verrassing van de SIG kregen zij de prijs voor beste SIG tafel.
IPMS The Netherlands Region "Noord-Holland" had a special theme on the IPMS Euro Scale Modelling show 2007. The theme was military "Aerobatic display teams & Demo aircraft". Various members of the Region build the models in the various team liveries mainly on 1/72 scale, whereas Henk Hirs did a lot of research work. We would like to share with you the displays and information collected. We hope you enjoy it!
On Euro Scale Modelling edition 2011 the SIG Aerobatic teams of IPMS UK on invitation came to ESM. With some IPMS Netherlands members from Region Noord-Holland (wchich includes some members of the IPMS UK "SIG Aerobatic teams"), a very display was made with numerous colourfull model on the tables. The display won the Best of SIG display award.
